Severe thunderstorms are expected to develop over eastern Pennsylvania, northeastern New Jersey and the Binghamton, New York. Storms could bring damaging wind and hail this afternoon. Parts of Delaware, Maryland and Virginia are also at risk of severe storms as rounds of rain move over the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast on Tuesday.
