Rain remains locked in for much of the Northeast as well as parts of the Ohio Valley. Several rounds of rain are expected throughout the day Tuesday with some potential for flash flooding, concentrated across much of Connecticut. A low-end severe storm risk over parts of eastern Pennsylvania, northern New Jersey, central New York and New York's lower Hudson Valley.
Parts of the Northeast[1] remain stuck in a rainy pattern Tuesday that could lead to flash flooding[2] following several days of consistent downpours.
