Allegany County, Maryland Administrator Jason Bennett joins FOX Weather to talk about the flooding emergency that prompted evacuations of three area schools. More than 200 students and teachers were safely evacuated by first responders from Western Maryland. Bennett said the flooding became a problem quickly, within an hour. 
WESTERNPORT, Md.– Family members waded through waist-deep floodwater to reach their children in Western Maryland[1] on Tuesday after torrential rain quickly inundated three schools in Allegany County, prompting emergency rescues.
