The Illinois Rock and Roll Museum on Route 66 sustained significant damage in Joliet due to the derecho on Monday. Operations are temporarily shut down as efforts are underway to clean up the aftermath. Ron Romero, the museum's CEO and founder, provided the latest update on the storm cleanup in an interview with FOX Weather.03:56[1]
JOLIET, Ill.– A deadly derecho that swept through parts of the Midwest[2] earlier this week caused major damage in parts of Illinois[3], including an iconic museum in the Chicago[4] suburbs.
