For thousands of years in nations around the world there was a ruling class and the ruled. A few hundred years ago some of the ruled left for America to become less so. Then the ruled cast off the rulers in America. They became self-reliant and self-governing individuals. Some others followed suit here and there around the world. After The Great War and World War II, a great many more nations found citizens governing themselves.
Things settled down for awhile.
Over time, societies’ independent, self-reliant individuals prosperously invent and produce more and more comforts of life, and the dependent, less-motivated or less-able percentage of the population predisposed to enjoying them without as much effort increases. This block of the population naturally favors systems assuring them the enjoyment and continuation of these comforts with the least effort, which militates against the hard work of self-reliance, self-responsibility, and self-governance that leads to them.
Those wanting to be rulers tap into this natural course, suggesting to the more dependent people that their comforts can be dependably continued with them in charge overseeing things.
Things tend back toward being ruled.
Along the way more dependent people find comfort in positions made available for them in the layers of bureaucracy paralleling the growth of the ruling class, relieving them of the hard work of making their own free and independent way in life.
They spread and deepen their involvement under many tricks of the mind - they are caregivers helping others, guiding others, serving others, protecting others, needed by others, advancing others. They protect their position against outsiders and system changes that threaten their position out of fear of having find a way to make their own way in the world if they lose their position. Outsiders are a threat to the system and personal security, and a most dangerous place to be is between a bureaucrat and their position or budget. Only insiders who know the game, and only those who have come up through the ranks can be trusted.
Then came Donald Trump, an outsider. An independent American, standing for the individual, and not a long term known part of the team. A threat to comfortable positions enjoyed by rulers and their underlings. The enemy.
The cloaked ruling class attacked the Presidency of Donald Trump in all available manner. The ongoing attack reveals how deep is the infection of control and forced dependency in America. The ongoing battle is revealing a ruling class and assistive bureaucracy of dependents controlling and/or heavily influencing the bulk of the media, courts, and election counting systems.
As each day reveals more of the infection more people decide to pick a side between those who want to rule and those who want to rule themselves.
Many say 2024 is the final battle, particularly because of the rise of never-before-seen technologies with the power to enable rulers and their underlings to manipulate reality, perception and misperception, and the outcome of events.
If America comes to again be ruled by a ruling class which dictates what it thinks best for all, those new technologies will implement their deep control with overwhelming speed and force.
Things will be back where they were before the ruled rose up and took control for the individual.
The brief time of individuals controlling their destinies will pass.
Creativity and advancement will gradually devolve into the fear of each of all, in which individuals do only the done thing, and withhold suggesting new things out of fear of being harmed by another who feels it threatens the security of their position.
The beneficial light of prosperity caused by individual freedom will slowly flicker down, and Americans, like many around the world, will keep their heads down, hoping to pass through unnoticed and simply survive.
The choice is simple and many are waiting for the answer.
